Structure

Reinforced cement concrete framed structure with Porotherm Sturdy framed structure with columns and beams provide a secure frame work for the entire building.

masonry

The masonry unit used shall be 200mm thick solid block for external and 200mm/100mm thick internal partition as per the requirement.

plastering

Ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:4 with minimum thickness of 9mm. Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:5 with a thickness of 12mm and External plastering in Cement mortar 1:5 with 20mm thick.

painting

Main door polished Veneered or Laminated pre hung door with Engineered door frame for main door Jackson or Equivalent brand. Laminated pre hung Flush door shutter with engineered door frame for internal doors Jackson or Equivalent brand. ABS/Laminated pre hung flush door with engineered door frame for Toilet doors Jackson or Equivalent brand.

Fully glazed Aluminium Sliding Windows.

flooring

Good quality Vitrified tiles for Living, Dining, Bedrooms and Kitchen. Toilet: Ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles for wall up to ceiling.

Good quality fixtures from Jaquar/Cera or Equivalent Brands.

CP Fittings

Toilet: Divertor, Overhead shower rose with arm, Pillar cock, Angle valve, Health Faucet Etc.
